compliance and coordinationManaging consultant deliverables and design programmesResolving design issues before they impact constructionSupporting D&C; tenders and early contractor involvementActing as the key link between consultants and the construction teamYour BackgroundPrevious school or education project experience is essential.You will ideally be either:An experienced Design Manager with an architectural background, orA Senior Architect with substantial education project experience who is interested in moving across to the builder sideYou will need:Architectural qualification orProven experience leading and delivering school or education projectsStrong consultant coordination experienceExtensive design development and construction documentation project stage experienceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in D&C; environments would be highly regardedWhy Consider It?
