Based in West Perth, this role will focus on sourcing and securing high-calibre technical and professional talent to support ongoing project and operational requirements.
About the Role
Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical white-collar positions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and qualified mining rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop talent attraction strategiesSource and engage passive candidates through multiple channelsManage candidate screening, interviewing,
offer management and onboardingBuild and maintain talent pools for future workforce needsProvide market insights and recruitment best practice advice to stakeholdersSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
About You
Proven experience in an internal or agency Talent Acquisition roleEssential experience recruiting technical white-collar mining positionsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneouslyProactive sourcing and talent mapping capabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
