In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results for clients.Working closely with internal Strategy, Design, Content, and Technology teams, you will oversee campaigns from initial concept through to delivery and performance analysis.
You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, meet agreed timelines, and deliver strong return on investment.This role is suited to a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously, and has a strong understanding of digital performance marketing and campaign analytics.You will play a key role in translating client objectives into effective marketing strategies while ensuring campaigns are continuously optimised based on data, insights, and market trends.Experience & ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy and ExecutionPlan, manage,
and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsTranslate client objectives into structured campaign strategies and performance plansDevelop campaign briefs and coordinate creative development with internal teamsOversee campaign implementation across paid media, search, social, and content channelsPerformance Management and OptimisationMonitor campaign performance and optimise activity across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO channelsAnalyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementImplement data-driven optimisations to maximise engagement, lead generation, and ROIProduce clear campaign performance reports and actionable insights for clientsClient ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for campaign clientsLead regular Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings with clients and internal teamsProvide strategic recommendations and performance updates to ensure campaign objectives are achievedMaintain robust relationships with clients and deliver a high standard of serviceResearch and Strategic PlanningConduct audience research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarkingIdentify new opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and client outcomesContribute to campaign ideation and broader marketing strategy developmentProject and Workflow ManagementManage campaign workflows and timelines using project management tools such as ClickUp, Harvest, or similar platformsCoordinate internal teams across strategy, design, content, and development functionsEnsure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectationsCollaboration and Continuous ImprovementWork closely with internal marketing specialists to develop creative and high-performing campaignsContribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance campaign delivery and efficiencyStay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practice digital marketing strategiesSkills & ExperienceTechnical SkillsMinimum 3+ years' experience managing and optimising digital marketing campaignsStrong hands-on experience with platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
