About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting activities.
This role is responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial results, strong controls and compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
You will play a key role in financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, audit support and continuous improvement, partnering closely with internal and regional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end close, including journals, accruals, reconciliations and variance analysisMaintain balance sheet integrity,



including intercompany balances and complex reconciliationsAccount for payroll, commissions, bonuses, leave provisions and IFRS16 leasesPrepare financial reports, dashboards and commentary for stakeholdersReview P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow resultsSupport tax, statutory reporting and audit processes (ATO, APRA, ABS)Approve payments within delegated authorityContribute to improving financial controls, policies and processesTo be successful in this role:About You3–4+ years' experience in financial accounting and reportingStrong knowledge of IFRS and Australian tax (GST, FBT, Income Tax)Proven ability to resolve complex reconciliation issuesProactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focusedStrong communicator and collaborative team playerTechnology industry experience is advantageous but not essentialThis is a 12-month Fixed-Term ContractTo be successful in this role:What we give back to you?
