The role plays a key part in supporting our modular manufacturing and installation working closely with, manufacturing, and site teams.About the Role:You will be responsible for managing and end to end project delivery, enduring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Project will include facility upgrades, maintenance works, and modular manufacturing related initiatives, based out of our Wattleup facility with travel to regional or remote sites as required.Key Responsibilities:Manage small to medium internal and external projects, including upgrades and maintenance worksOversee planning, scheduling, cost control and delivery of projectsLiaise closely with designers, drafts people, engineers, manufacturing and site teamsCoordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirementsIdentify and manage risks, variations,



and non-conformancesSupport continues improvement across project and facility deliveryMinimum 5 years' experience working in the construction industry in a similar positionAbility to develop, review and approve all project related management plans and facilitate approval and agreement from the Project PartnersAble toprovide overall direction for and support the implementation of project related management plansEnsure sufficient resources are made available for implementation of all project management plansKey Selection Criteria:Advanced specialist and managerial skills to achieve the delivery of significant projectsInnovative and specialist problem solving skills to critically analyse and apply risk assessments for complex and significant projectsProvide advanced specialist advice to monitor and maintain project scope and cost control on multiple complex contracts or at major project levelMotivates, mentors, coaches and develops team members to achieve business outcomesWe offer a competitive salary and excellent working conditions within a busy and challenging environment.Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be invited through to the interview stage.
