"Location: Brisbane, QLD Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 + Superannuation Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe Opportunity We are currently working with a well-established crane hire business in Brisbane who are looking to appoint an experienced Crane Supervisor to oversee day-to-day crane operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands‐on supervisory position suited to an experienced Crane Operator, Senior Crane Operator, Crane Foreman, Leading Hand, Rigger/Dogman or existing Crane Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in coordinating crane operations, supporting operators and crews, liaising with customers and ensuring all lifting activities are completed safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate crane operations across various projects and sitesLead and support crane operators, riggers and dogmenLiaise with clients, site managers and project teamsAssist with lift planning, site assessments and job requirementsEnsure lifting operations are carried out in accordance with safety procedures and relevant regulationsReview and assist with SWMS, lift plans and associated documentationCoordinate equipment, personnel and resources to ensure jobs run efficientlyIdentify and resolve operational issues on siteMaintain high standards of safety,
