BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Customer Service Support to be the first point of contact for our Support at home package customers in Bendigo.
You will handle day-to-day administration, progress notes, purchase orders and service requests, while coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably with aged care exposure.
A relevant Office Admin qualification or equivalent experience is welcome.
