demand letters and commercial correspondenceSupport subcontract negotiations and commercial discussionsMonitor subcontractor performance and contractual complianceAssess claims and challenge unsupported or inflated entitlementsIdentify and manage commercial risks and opportunitiesWork closely with delivery and commercial teams to support project objectivesAbout YouExperience as a Contract Administrator on major infrastructure, rail, transport, civil or building projectsStrong downstream contract administration experience across subcontractor and supplier packagesDemonstrated experience managing variations, EOTs, delays and payment claimsExperience preparing contractual notices, correspondence and commercial documentationAbility to independently draft and issue contractual letters, notices and demandsStrong procurement, subcontract management and commercial risk capabilityStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsPractical, accountable and commercially minded in your approachWhy Join CPB Contractors?
