Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to provide leadership across a major enterprise transformation program.
This role is less about being the most technically specialised BA and more about leading and uplifting the BA capability, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple workstreams.You will provide direction to a team of Business Analysts while remaining close enough to delivery to step in on complex requirements, stakeholder or process challenges when required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and provide day-to-day direction to Business Analysts across multiple workstreamsEstablish consistent BA standards, methodologies, templates and ways of workingReview and assure the quality of requirements, process maps, user stories and impact assessmentsCoach and mentor BAs, supporting capability development and delivery performanceManage BA priorities, workload and dependencies across the programFacilitate complex workshops and support resolution of cross-functional requirementsPartner with Project Managers, Architects, Technology Leads and business stakeholdersIdentify gaps,
