The OpportunityWe're looking for a curious and highly structured Technical Business Analyst to join our Technology Solutions & Data team.This is a hands‐on role sitting between the business and technology.
You'll work with people across the firm to understand what they need, get to the heart of the problem and translate those needs into requirements that can be designed, built and implemented successfully.You don't need to be a developer or already know every system.
What matters more is your ability to think logically, understand how systems work, ask good questions and learn quickly.You'll work alongside experienced Business Analysts and technology professionals, giving you the opportunity to build strong capability across business analysis, systems design, process improvement and technology delivery.What You'll DoWork with stakeholders to understand business problems, processes and requirementsMap current and future-state processes and identify what needs to changeTranslate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteriaHelp assess technology solutions and contribute to solution design and business casesUnderstand how proposed systems will work and how they will impact teams and processesDesign test scenarios and test cases for current systems and system changesCoordinate and support user acceptance testingWork with implementation teams to help ensure solutions deliver what the business needsIdentify opportunities to improve existing systems and processesUse AI-enabled tools to support analysis,



documentation and deliveryThe role covers the full journey from understanding the problem through to requirements, design and testing.About YouYou may already have some Business Analyst experience, or you may be a recent graduate looking to build a career in technology.
Either way, you'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, understanding how things work and turning ideas into practical solutions.You bring:Proven problem‐solving and critical‐thinking skillsA structured and analytical approachGenuine interest in technology, systems and how things workConfidence approaching people, asking questions and gathering the information you needWell‐developed communication and stakeholder skillsInitiative and the drive to keep things movingComfort working through ambiguity and changing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and organisationA background or qualification in IT, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline would be highly regarded, as would experience in business analysis, technology projects or IT consulting.Most importantly, we're looking for someone proactive and engaged - someone who will speak to people,
