You will help clients live independently, follow care plans, and build meaningful routines while ensuring safety and dignity.Ideal candidates have 6+ months' experience or a Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community, or Disability, plus hands-on personal care and solid communication.
A driver's licence and vehicle are highly regarded.
