You will bring to this role:Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically in accordance with policies and standardsAbility to understand, correctly interpret, and follow instructions, procedures, and informationProven ability to work effectively within a team environmentTo be able to successfully communicate written and verbalA record showing work commitment, reliability, and motivationAbility to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstaclesGood level of fitness is required as you will manually handle up to 15kg - 25kgPlease note, due to quarantine restrictions, we are unable to accept applications from people who regularly come into contact with pigs or birds OR have anyone living in the same residence as you, work in other poultry or pig operations.We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous, and committed to join us.
