About the roleHome Caring are seeking casual Support Workers to join their team in the Hornsby area.
We require Support Workers who are available for morning, noon and afternoon and evening shifts and are experienced with supporting NDIS participants.What you'll be doingPersonal care and daily living assistance.Community access and transport support.Medication assistance and documentation.Following behaviour support strategies and care plans.Promoting independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing.Reporting any changes in participant condition or needs to the care teamMaintaining accurate records and documentationAdhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsSome clients will require physical assistance with daily mobilityWhat we're looking forStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with clients with Parkinson's Disease and or cognitive challengesThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA caring, patient, and empathetic natureA Certificate III in Disability,
