Our purpose is to go Beyond Ordinary by delivering high-quality, person-centred services that promote independence, dignity and inclusion.About the RoleAs a Dual Aged Care & NDIS Support Worker you will:Personal care and daily living assistanceDomestic assistance and meal preparationCommunity access and social participationTransport to appointments and activitiesMedication assistance (where trained)Supporting customers to achieve their individual goalsImplementing individual support plansBuilding positive, respectful relationships with customers and their familiesThis role will support customers living in the community as well as customers residing in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
Working HoursThis role operates on a 24/7 roster.




Applicants must have broad availability, including:Weekdays and weekendsPublic holidaysEarly mornings, afternoons and eveningsOvernight and sleepover shiftsPreference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate genuine flexibility and ongoing availability.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated people who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.Essential RequirementsGenuine passion for supporting older people and people living with disabilityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificateNDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)Blue Card (Working with Children Check)Current Australian Driver LicenceReliable, comprehensively insured motor vehicleWillingness to work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepover shiftsDesirableCertificate III or IV in Disability or Aged CarePrevious experience in Disability Support and/or Aged CareExperience supporting people with complex support needsWhy Join GCLA?
