We are seeking Support Workers and Residential Youth Workers to join our dedicated team in Townsville, supporting children and young people in residential placements and individuals with complex needs in disability settings.Key responsibilitiesDeliver person-centred care in residential settings or disability homesImplement care plans, safety plans, and behaviour support strategiesProvide emotional and practical support in day-to-day activitiesAssist with domestic tasks: cleaning, cooking, shopping, and general home dutiesParticipate in team debriefs, case meetings, and ongoing trainingMaintain transparent, timely documentation – including shift notes, incident reports, and WHS formsSupport participants to build life skills, independence, and positive routinesRespond calmly to incidents using trauma-informed de-escalation techniquesManage petty cash, receipts, and participant records during shiftsAbout youMinimum Qualification: Certificate III in Disability, Certificate IV Child,
