Full time positionMonday – Friday8am – 4pmCraigieburn locationHourly rate will be determined based on experience and relevant qualificationsYour key responsibilities will be:Conducting thorough inspections on new and second-hand caravans, checking the function and condition of all fittings and appliancesFitting a large range of accessoriesDiagnose problems and carry out repairs or maintenance workEnsuring that the handover schedule is on time for the ultimate customer experience on the delivery of their current caravan.Bearing and brakeservicing of new and second-hand caravans and campersWarranty and repair work (cladding and plywood repairs)Diagnose and resolve warranty concerns on existing caravansEnsuring all new and used caravans are immaculately detailed ready for delivery, displayand industry shows.Daily general maintenance around the dealership (rubbish collection, gardening, weeding, painting, picking up wheel chocks, picking up loose leads etc).
Movement of stock around the dealership.Maintain a neat and tidy workspaceAssist in upskilling future junior techsAssist with the day-to-day duties in the workshopAbout you:Qualifications:Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Service and Repair or relevant experience in caravan servicing and repairsTechnical Skills:Sound knowledge of 12V and 240V systems is a plusProblem Solving:Experience in fault diagnosis is highly regardedHands-On Skills:Competency with power tools and a forklift license (preferred but not essential)Personal Attributes:Strong time management, a neat and tidy work ethic, and a self-motivated attitudeTeam Spirit:The ability to collaborate effectively with othersThe successful candidate must provide a current police check.Only Shortlisted candidates will be notified.
