About the Role:
Processing fresh seafood, including filleting fish and shucking oystersPacking and preparing orders for local restaurants and retail customersMaintaining a clean, effective, and organised workspaceSupporting a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced environment
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in seafood handling (filleting/shucking) is essentialA great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learnConfidence working both independently and in a teamGood communication and basic numeracy skillsA current Australian Driver's LicenceMust be available to work SaturdaysPhysically fit – able to lift, carry, and be on your feet for most of the day
What We Offer:
