This role involves picking and packing customer orders, receiving and putting away stock, and assisting with general warehouse duties to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and orders are dispatched accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently, following order listsPack items securely and with care to ensure safe delivery to customersCheck every order for accuracy and product quality before dispatch, catching errors before they leave the buildingLabel and prepare goods for dispatchReceive incoming deliveries and check stock against purchase ordersPut away stock into correct warehouse locationsAssist with stock organisation, rotation, stock counting, and proactively reporting discrepanciesMaintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse workplace,



taking initiative to fix or flag issues without being askedCommunicate clearly with supervisors and teammates about order status, stock issues, and delaysFollow workplace health and safety procedures at all timesWhat We're Looking ForA reliable team player who shows up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done rightPrevious experience in a pick-and-pack or similar warehousing role, including operating warehouse equipmentSharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy — you notice the small things others missSomeone who takes initiative — spots what needs doing and gets on with it, rather than waiting to be toldClear, proactive communicator who keeps the team informed and flags problems earlyPhysically fit and capable of manual handlingBasic to moderate computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantageWhat We OfferStable Monday to Friday work schedule with start time 7:00am and finish time 3:06pm.
