You will support a 19-year-old client with complex needs, administer medications, assist with PEG feeding and mobility, and help with daily activities.Collaboration with case managers and medical staff is essential.
The role requires an Enhanced DBS with barred checklist and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care in a regulated workplace.
