This role is crucial in providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring a positive patient experience.
The ideal candidate will serve as a welcoming point of contact for patients, a trusted colleague, and a reliable support for our practitioners.
A background in medical administration and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care are essential.
Hourly rate paid based on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome patients in-person and via phone in a friendly and professional manner.Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and ensure a seamless flow of operations.Handle patient inquiries,



assist with procedure bookings, and address questions or concerns.Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.Collaborate with the clinical team as needed.About YouProficiency in Genie Solutions practice software (preferred).
