BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to deliver client-centred home care across Logan Reserve and surrounding areas.
You will conduct initial screenings, develop care plans and support with daily living tasks.This permanent part time role requires Certificate III Aged Care, a current Australian driver's licence and a vehicle.
You'll work on the road, maintain records in CRM/CMS and collaborate with the care team to achieve outcomes.
