This part-time position will see you playing a vital role in the smooth running of our medical imaging practice, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.What you'll be doingGreeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerManaging patient bookings and scheduling appointmentsHandling patient enquiries and providing information about our servicesCommunication with healthcare providersPerforming general administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, and answering phone callsFollow up calls to patients after proceduresWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a medical or imaging receptionist or in a similar customer service role within the healthcare industryMinimum 1-2 years of experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service is required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, healthcare providers,
