Happy Feet Fitness is looking for a mature, reliable and business-minded person to take over an established group of classes around Caloundra, with the opportunity to grow a larger regular timetable and to cover for other team members.This is an independent contractor opportunity.
You will operate your own Happy Feet Fitness business under license, with the support of an established Australian brand, proven programs, training and an experienced State Manager.You will be responsible for growing and managing your own timetable and building relationships with early childhood centres.What You'll DoYou'll visit early childhood centres during school hours and deliver our fun, high-energy 30-minute program to babies, toddlers and preschoolers.Our classes combine:Music, movement and danceMagic, puppets and exciting propsImaginative storytelling and adventuresGames, fitness and fundamental movement skillsPlay-based learning that supports children's developmentYou might take children on a dinosaur adventure in one class and explore outer space in the next!
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys performing, connecting with young children and bringing energy and imagination into a room.The Business OpportunityYou will begin with taking over a handful of existing classes around Caloundra,



providing an immediate starting point for your business and immediate income.From there, you'll work alongside our experienced QLD State Manager to develop relationships with early childhood centres throughout the Caloundra region and grow your own timetable.The longer-term opportunity is to build towards 15+ regular classes per week across 3–5 weekdays during school hours plus cover for other team members when they are unavailable.Business development is an key part of this opportunity.You will need to be comfortable building relationships, following up opportunities and actively growing your timetable with our support.IncomeAs an independent contractor, you operate your own Happy Feet Fitness business under license.Approximately $75 per 30-minute class after licensing feesYour earning potential increases as you build your regular timetableExisting classes provide a starting point while you develop additional opportunitiesComprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing support are providedAs with any self-employed business, income is dependent on the number of classes you establish and deliver.We're Looking For Someone Who...Genuinely enjoys working with babies, toddlers and preschool-aged childrenIs mature, reliable,



professional and confidentHas an engaging personality and enjoys performing or presentingIs comfortable taking responsibility for their own businessIs proactive and motivated to create opportunities rather than waiting for themEnjoys meeting people and building genuine professional relationshipsIs organised and able to manage their own schedule and commitmentsIs available consistently across weekdays during school hoursHas a current QLD Blue Card (essential)Has a reliable vehicle and driver's licenseIs comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing their own ABN/business obligationsPrevious experience in dance, fitness, education, childcare, performing arts, music or children's entertainment is welcome, but personality, reliability and a genuine love of working with young children are just as important.Why Happy Feet Fitness?
