The business is primarily a cattle operation, running Angus cattle across multiple properties, with a focus on improving livestock performance, land management and property infrastructure.We are entering an exciting period of development, with significant upgrades underway across fencing, stockyards, water infrastructure, pastures, roads and general property improvements.The OpportunityWe are seeking a full-time, permanent Farm Hand to join our team and assist our Farm Manager across the properties.This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who is motivated, reliable and interested in building a career in farming.
The role is designed to be educational, providing the successful applicant with the opportunity to begin or expand their knowledge of livestock management, property maintenance, fencing, machinery operation, pasture improvement and general farming practices.The Farm Hand will work closely with the Farm Manager and wider team to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of livestock and property across Newcastle Pastoral Company's Mid Coast NSW holdings.This role will suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, is willing to learn, and takes pride in doing practical work properly.
