Boral is seeking a responsible, organised and enthusiastic Depot Operator to join our Clyde team.As a Boral Depot Operator, you will be responsible for unloading cement from rail wagons into silos, operating loaders and contributing to the timely production of our cement products.
This position will provide you with a mix of operating equipment and data reporting tasks with training provided.Your day will involve:Loader and weighbridge operationAssist in monitoring cement/ash silo stock levels and providing timely advice to the Team leader of the manufacture or re-ordering of materialsCoordinate plant maintenance support as required to aid plant efficiency and availabilitySample and test products to ensure compliance with quality targetsAccurate collection and recording of production performance data and assist with environmental and reporting documentWhat we are looking for:Current drivers licenceIT and systems savvy (we will train you on in house systems)Collaborative team approachSafety focusedTake challenges and turn them into solutions, problem solveMaintain a clean working environmentAvailability to work a rotating shift (5am-2pm, 2pm-11pm)Why join the Boral team?
