regulatory and organisational requirements.Perform medication dispensing and distribution activities accurately and efficientlySupport medication management services in accordance with NSW Health and WSLHD policiesEnsure safe handling, storage and supply of pharmaceuticals across multiple care settingsCollaborate with healthcare teams to deliver responsive and patient-focused servicesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, performance programs and ongoing professional developmentQualification: Pharmacy Technician Grade 1 – Certificate III in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support.
Technician Grade 2 - Certificate IV in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support.Selection Criteria:1.
Demonstrated good communication skills2.
Demonstrated satisfactory pharmacy dispensing experience in Australia (or equivalent) and relevant pharmacy qualification3.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise large workload and have valuable time management skills4.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment5.
Demonstrated experience as a pharmacy technician within a hospital environment6.
