tagging and detailing garments and household itemsEntering and processing orders through our point-of-sale (POS) systemChecking garments and identifying any stains, damage or special cleaning requirementsAssembling and checking completed orders ready for collectionLiaising with our dry cleaners, pressers and production teamTracking orders and keeping customers updated when requiredProcessing customer payments and invoicesProviding customers with general advice on fabrics, cleaning and garment careAbout YouWe'd love to hear from you if you:Have at least 3 years' experience in customer service, retail or a similar customer-facing roleAre friendly, confident and enjoy talking with customersHave strong communication and interpersonal skillsHave excellent attention to detail and take pride in getting things rightCan multitask and stay organised in a busy environmentAre reliable, punctual and able to work independentlyEnjoy being part of a team and are happy to lend a hand when neededHave basic computer skills, with POS experience an advantagePrevious dry-cleaning or laundry experience is not required — full training will be provided.Why Join Crest?
