Refuge Victoria is seeking a Nurse Educator (Community Health Promotion) to lead health and wellness initiatives for women and children in refuge settings.
The role is non-clinical and focuses on education, advocacy and empowering clients to navigate healthcare with guidance from the program team.You will develop a comprehensive health promotion model, facilitate access to services, and work closely with support staff to embed health into client care plans within the refuge network.
