You'll play a key role in keeping our boutiques at their very best — supporting the team, maintaining a beautifully presented shop floor, and helping ensure every client is met with the elevated experience V&W; is known for.The role will:Help create a flawless shop floor experience by keeping product lines fully stocked,



tidy and beautifully presented throughout the daySupport the team behind the scenes — receiving, checking and preparing new stock so every delivery hits the floor looking its bestSupport the backroom to ensure it is maintained, organised, efficient and easy to navigateHelp maintain the high standard of presentation our clients expect, from the front, to back of houseAssist with visual merchandising set‐ups, reflows and window changesJump in on the shop floor and at the POS to support the team during our busiest trading periodsWork closely with the store team to keep daily priorities on trackFollow V&W;'s policies and procedures, including safety, security and stock‐handling standardsDesired Skills and ExperienceYOU WILL BRINGA passion for fashion, presentation and being part of a luxury retail environmentExperience in a retail, stockroom or similar role (fashion retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential)Comfortable with the physical side of the role — lifting, bending, restocking and moving stockA sharp eye for detail and real pride in how a store looks and feelsA hard‐working, can‐do energy and a strong ownership of your work ethicAn openness to feedback and direction, while also working as an autonomous self‐starter where neededFlexible availability across the Christmas and summer trading period, including weekends, extended trade and public holidaysA proactive, can‐do attitude and the ability to stay calm and organised during our busiest weeksStrong teamwork and communication skillsApplicants will only be considered if the above requirements are met.WE WILL OFFER YOU:An competitive hourly rateThe chance to be part of a brand known for timeless design and thoughtful craftsmanshipA supportive, collaborative team cultureViktoria & Woods is an equal opportunity employer.
