Role Overview
As a Business Analyst forCybersecurityPrograms,you will play a critical role in delivering complextechnicalintegrationprojects that achieve business objectives, customer outcomes, andoperational excellence.
You will combine robust business analysis capabilitieswith technical awareness across ICT infrastructure, networks, cloudtechnologies, and cybersecurity solutions to ensure successful projectexecution within scope, budget, and timelines.
You will translate complex technical andsecurity requirements into practical delivery artefacts, drivestakeholderengagement,manage risks and dependencies, and contribute tocontinuousimprovementinitiatives that enhance customer experience andbusinessperformance.

Technical & Cyber Project Delivery
Analyse and coordinate requirementsacross ICT infrastructure, network, cloud and cybersecurity components; deliver on time, within budget and aligned to business outcomes;apply awareness of WAN, LAN, Cloud, Security and enterprise connectivity;support project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and resourcing.
Stakeholder &CommunicationManagement;
Translate complex technical &security; architectures into clear business language; engage customers,vendors, delivery teams, engineers and senior stakeholders;facilitateworkshops,status meetings and technical discussions to drive solutions anddecisions.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
Proactively identify project risks,issues and dependencies and support mitigations; upscale delivery concerns,scope variations and technical constraints; support change management andgovernance processes across the lifecycle.
Technical Guidance & SolutionEnablement
Support solution design,integrationplanningand deployment activities; translate functional, business andsecurity/compliancerequirements into technical implementation plans; collaborate withengineering, security and architecture teams.
Continuous Improvement &Innovation;
Contribute to operationalimprovementsenhancingdelivery capability and customer experience; identify opportunitiesto improve BA methodologies and frameworks; maintain awareness of emergingICT and cybersecurity trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
TechnicalSkills:Strong understanding of ICTinfrastructure,enterprisenetworks,



cloud technologies and cybersecurity controls;experience supporting projects involving WAN/LAN, cloud platforms,network integrations, infrastructure transformations, security andconnectivity services; knowledge of technical architecture and systemsintegration principles.
BA& Project Delivery Skills:Provenexperience on large, complex technical/cyber projects;strongunderstandingof Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Project; ability to support budgets,schedules and project reporting; expertise in requirements elicitation,user stories, process flows and traceability.
Stakeholder& Leadership Skills:Exceptional communication andstakeholderengagement; strong influencing, negotiation and decision-supportcapabilities; ability to work collaboratively across technical, securityand business teams; demonstrated leadership in cross-functional proyectos environments.
