About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedSales Associate/Leasing Agentto join our team at our Hallam, VIC office on afull-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving residential property sales and leasing activities, working directly with clients to facilitate transactions and build lasting relationships.
This is a strategic position that directly contributes to our agency's growth and reputation in the local market.
You will have the opportunity to develop your career in residential real estate whilst working within a supportive and professional environment.
Key responsibilities
Conducting property viewings and open homes for prospective buyers and tenants
Preparing marketing materials, property descriptions, and promotional content to showcase residential properties
Liaising with sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants to negotiate terms and facilitate successful transactions
Building and maintaining a strong client database and pipeline for ongoing business development
Preparing contracts, lease agreements, and other documentation required for property transactions
Managing property marketing campaigns utilising both traditional and digital platforms
Attending to client enquiries promptly and professionally, providing property information and guidance
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial contact through to settlement




Staying informed of current market trends, property valuations, and local area knowledge
Maintaining accurate records and updating property databases with transaction information
What we're looking for
A current real estate licence or the willingness to obtain one if applicable
Proven experience in residential property sales or leasing, or a strong demonstrated interest in the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to business development
Proficiency in using technology, including property management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
Knowledge of the local Hallam property market and surrounding areas is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining skilled standards
