$15,000 distributed throughout the year

Removalist allowance - Up to $5,000
50% Rental subsudy - Up to $15,900
Retention payment - Year 1:$5,000 (Increases every year for 5 years)
Geographical allowance - $3,300 per year
Additional Western Leave - 3 days per year
Long Service Leave - Accrued at double normal rate

St John's is a K-6 school situated in Cobar, which is in central western NSW.
