Sport Coordinator

Full-Time | Term 1, **** Commencement | Wahroonga

Abbotsleigh is seeking an energetic and highly organised Sport Coordinator to support the delivery of a dynamic and successful co-curricular sports program. Reporting to the Director of Sport through the Head of Sport, you will coordinate a range of sports, oversee competition administration, assist with major sporting events and carnivals, and contribute to the ongoing promotion of sport across the School.

What You'll Do

Coordinate a range of school sports and Saturday competitions

Manage draws, trials, team administration and sporting logistics

Liaise with coaches, officials, students and families

Coordinate registrations, coach, referee and umpire rosters

Assist with school carnivals, representative pathways and awards events

Support risk management, compliance and sport administration systems

Promote and celebrate sporting achievements through communications and media

Coach sporting teams and contribute to a positive culture of participation and performance

What You'll Bring

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Experience in sports administration, coordination or management

A collaborative approach and ability to build solid relationships

Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft Office

Passion for sport and supporting young people to achieve their best





Working With Children Check and current First Aid certification
