Payroll Specialist Needed, Shepparton Based Role, Full-Time, Gov Organisation, Excellent Salary & OpportunityYour new company Exciting chance to join a government organisation that is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations within a complex and fast-paced environment.This position will see you responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll services while providing expert advice on payroll legislation, enterprise agreements and employee entitlements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll integrity, improving processes and supporting payroll systems administration.Your New Role Your role will include but not be limited to the following day-to-day duties: Manage end-to-end payroll processing across a medium-sized workforceProcess payroll adjustments, terminations, leave administration and reconciliationsInterpret enterprise agreements, legislation and employment conditionsEnsure compliance with PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and other statutory obligationsPrepare payroll reports and workforce data for management and business stakeholdersMaintain payroll data integrity and support payroll system upgrades,
