Your new role Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation across a broad range of HR activities.
This is a true generalist position, offering variety and the opportunity to contribute to a people-focused environment during an exciting period of growth and change.Your responsibilities will include:Providing advice and support to managers and employees on HR mattersManaging employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboardingAssisting with recruitment and workforce planning initiativesSupporting performance management and employee relations processesMaintaining employee records and HR systemsCoordinating learning and development activitiesAssisting with policy development and compliance requirementsContributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or People & Culture roleSound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practiceStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to build effective working relationships across all levelsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailExperience working within a highly regulated environment will be highly regardedRelevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related disciplineWhat you'll get in return You'll get the chance to work for a values-driven aged care provider.
This role is 2 days per week at 15 hours, and can also be worked over 3 days.
