Acting as the key HR partner to both operational and corporate stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in supporting business performance, developing leaders and driving people initiatives.This is a true HR generalist role offering variety, autonomy and exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
No two days will be the same, with responsibilities including:Partnering closely with operational and commercial leadersProviding expert advice on employee relations and workplace mattersLeading workplace investigations and performance management processesManaging end-to-end recruitment across professional and operational rolesSupporting onboarding, talent development and succession planning initiativesAdvising on employment legislation, awards and HR best practiceDriving engagement, culture and wellbeing initiativesSupporting HR systems, reporting and process improvement activitiesCollaborating with global HR specialists on broader people initiativesThis role offers the ideal blend of strategic business partnering and hands-on HR delivery,



making it perfect for someone who enjoys being close to the business and building strong stakeholder relationships.What you'll need to succeed We're looking for a confident and operationally minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR GeneralistA strong background in employee relations and workplace investigationsSound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awardsExperience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar workforcesEnd-to-end recruitment experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to influence and build credibility with leadersA proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approachThe confidence to operate autonomously within a broad HR roleExperience within manufacturing or FMCG will be highly regarded.
