We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join a busy team on a 3-month temporary assignment, working 24 hours per week across any three days between Monday and Thursday.This role will support a range of core HR functions, ensuring employee records, compliance processes, and reporting requirements are maintained accurately and efficiently.Your new role As the HR Officer, you will provide administrative and operational HR support across a variety of activities, including:Coordinating and booking employee training programsMaintaining training attendance records and compliance checklistsSupporting policy administration and document managementMonitoring and maintaining employee licence and qualification recordsPreparing and analysing HR reports and workforce dataAssisting with long service leave reporting and trackingSupporting HR compliance activities and employee records managementReviewing and updating HR policies,
