This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and values-driven team where your contribution will genuinely make a difference.Your new role Reporting to the General Manager, this permanent part-time opportunity offers approximately 30 hours per week across five days.
This newly created role is critical to supporting the implementation of a new HR and workforce management platform while providing day-to-day People & Culture support across the organisation.
As the business continues through a period of transformation, you will play a key role in supporting managers, enhancing people processes and helping drive positive workforce outcomes.
Supporting the implementation of a new HR system and associated change management activitiesAssisting with workforce planning, retention and succession initiativesCoordinating employee engagement, recognition and culture initiativesManaging end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activitiesSupporting managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary, conduct and performance management processesProviding guidance on Enterprise Agreements, Awards, policies and employment conditionsMaintaining employee records,
