Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Officer to support the finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business where your contribution will be valued, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's finance function.Your new roleReporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:End-to-end accounts payable processingSupplier reconciliations and payment runsProcessing and allocating customer receiptsManaging customer accounts and collections activitiesPreparing and issuing invoices and credit notesInvestigating and resolving account discrepanciesBank and balance sheet reconciliationsMaintaining accurate financial records and data integrityResponding to supplier and customer queries in a skilled mannerAssisting with month-end reporting and finance administrationWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this position,
