This is an opportunity to join a collaborative People and Culture team and support the delivery of contemporary and inclusive recruitment practices within a highly regulated workplace.Your new role Manage the end-to-end delivery of operational promotional recruitment and selection processesEnsure recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, organisational policies and established proceduresProvide subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices, with a focus on diversity and inclusionCoordinate assessment centres, selection panels, candidate eligibility reviews and interview processesDevelop and maintain assessment materials, candidate guides, interview guides, communications and selection reportsSupport high-volume recruitment activities during peak periods, including broader operational recruitment campaignsReview and improve recruitment processes,



tools and methodologies to support best-practice selection outcomesMaintain accurate recruitment documentation and records in line with legislative and organisational requirementsWhat you'll need to succeed Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or an equivalent level of expertise developed through experience and trainingDemonstrated experience in a recruitment advisory or business partnering role within a large or complex organisationExperience managing high-volume or multifaceted recruitment and selection campaignsStrong knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, selection methodologies and legislative requirementsExperience designing and coordinating recruitment tools, assessments and selection processesStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence senior and operational stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and a strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality and candidate careWhat you need to do now If you're interested in applying, please submit your latest CV in Word format to ******.
