We are seeking
IAM Test Lead
to join a high-performing Federal Government Department. The successful
IAM Test Lead
will drive testing activities across a portfolio of critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. The successful
IAM Test Lead
will secure an
initial contract until 30 June ****
with the view to be extended for two years and receive
a rewarding hourly rate
.
n
The
IAM Test Lead
will be responsible for but not limited to;
n
n
Leading the planning, coordination and execution of testing activities across multiple
IAM
projects
n
Developing test strategies, test plans, schedules, traceability matrices and test summary reports
n
Leading and mentoring testing teams, driving performance and capability uplift
n
Creating,



reviewing and executing complex test artefacts, test cases, & test data
n
Managing testing risks, issues and dependencies and providing appropriate escalation
n
n
The
IAM Test Lead
will have experience in the following:
n
n
Experience leading
UAT
,
SIT
and end-to-end testing activities
n
Experience developing test strategies, plans, schedules, & traceability matrices
n
Experience leading teams and coordinating testing activities across multiple concurrent projects
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Experience using testing tools such as
ALM Octane
and
Azure DevOps
n
n
