Due to multipleinternal secondments, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer tojoin their team on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential forextension.
Your new roleThis is a varied,hands-on position supporting both project engineering and operationalactivities within a busy engineering function.
You will work closely withoperations and maintenance teams to deliver practical, high-quality engineeringsolutions.
Key responsibilities include:Conveyor design forexpansion projects (Sidewinder preferred)Pneumatic systemdesign (including hygiene air systems)Conveyor skirtingdesign and technical reviewsThroughput improvementand feasibility assessmentsTroubleshootingequipment issues,



including elevator performanceManaging a backlog ofEngineering Work Requests (EWRs)Coordinating externalcontractors and service providersProviding engineeringsupport to operations and maintenance teams What you'll need to succeedYou are a versatileand adaptable Mechanical Engineer with a broad technical background and theability to operate across multiple functions.
