This is an opportunity to join a specialist HR team and contribute to high-profile workforce planning and classification initiatives.Your recent role Reporting into the Talent Team, you will provide specialist advice and support across job classification and evaluation activities.
Key responsibilities include:Reviewing and assessing Job Description Forms (JDFs)Undertaking job classification and work value assessmentsApplying the BIPERS job evaluation methodologyProviding evidence-based classification recommendations and advicePreparing supporting documentation and reportsAssisting with large-scale position review and restructure projectsWorking closely with key stakeholders to deliver classification outcomesWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful,
