Reporting to the Payroll Lead and sitting within the Finance team, this is a varied role offering exposure beyond traditional payroll, including remuneration and benefits, HRIS administration, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagementYour new role Managing payroll, remuneration and benefits activities in line with company policies and employment agreementsAdministering superannuation, salary packaging and employee benefits programsPayroll reconciliations, payroll tax, superannuation and related deductionsSupporting annual salary review processes and remuneration activitiesMaintaining employee records and remuneration data within the HRISProducing payroll and HR-related reports and analysisSupporting HRIS projects, testing and continuous system improvementsProviding accurate advice on payroll,
