Since ****, we've worked with more than 300 businesses across industrial, B2B and professional services, from mining services, scaffolding and machinery to law firms and consultancies.

A client's website is where their brand has to perform. We want every site we launch to be world class. You'll design and build them.

WEB DESIGNER
n
We're looking for a web designer who combines a strong eye for design with the technical skills to bring it to life.
n
You'll work in WordPress and write custom code in JavaScript and React when a project needs more, with clear outcomes so you know what great looks like. Experience building websites with AI tools is a bonus.

The Role n

Guide clients from the website discovery call through to launch and build websites that support their business goals.
n
Your work will include:
n
n
n
Leading website discovery calls and helping clients define what their website needs to do.
n
n
Designing and building responsive sites that bring each client's brand, copy and photography together.
n
n
Building pages that convert, with explicit calls to action, forms and landing pages.
n
n
Testing sites across browsers and devices before launch and building to basic accessibility standards.
n
n
Handing over each site and showing clients how to edit it.
n
n
Keeping client sites secure, backed up and up to date.
n
n




Delivering work on time and flagging any potential delays early.
n
n
n
n

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR n
n
n
n
n
You design and develop. You have a great eye for layout and typography, and you care just as much about how a website works as how it looks.
n
You're a first principles thinker. When a problem comes up, you work out why it happened before reaching for a fix. You take pride in building things properly.
n
You also make the process easy for clients. You explain things without jargon, meet your deadlines and raise problems early.
n
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
n

n
Three to five years' experience as a web designer, including agency experience.
n
n
A portfolio that demonstrates both website design and development.
n
n
Confidence working in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React.
n
n
Experience with modern build tools.
n
n
The ability to read, troubleshoot and fix code you didn't write.
n
n
A willingness to learn new tools as the industry changes.
n
n
Clear communication and the confidence to guide clients through the process.
n
n
