As part of a growing Payroll Helpdesk team, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees receive accurate, timely payroll support while contributing to an organisation focused on service excellence, integrity and continuous improvement.Your new role Whether you're building your payroll career or looking to step into a leadership position, there are opportunities available across APS4, APS5 and APS6 levels.As an APS4 Payroll Officer, you will:Provide first-point payroll support to employees and managersRespond to enquiries relating to pay, leave and employment conditionsProcess payroll transactions and maintain employee recordsAssist staff with payroll self-service functions and systemsManage helpdesk requests and escalate complex matters where requiredContribute to the delivery of accurate, timely and professional payroll servicesAs an APS5 Senior Payroll Officer, you will:Manage more complex payroll enquiries and transactionsValidate payroll calculations and undertake quality assurance activitiesSupport and coach junior team membersMaintain payroll procedures, work instructions and knowledge articlesLiaise with stakeholders to resolve payroll issuesIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes and service deliveryAs an APS6 Payroll Team Leader, you will:Lead the day-to-day operations of the Payroll HelpdeskAllocate,
