Emporio Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team on a part-time basis in our Maroochydore, Queensland location.
You would be working each Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 12:00pm.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your pharmaceutical expertise in a community pharmacy setting, providing high-quality patient care and professional services.
As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, whilst contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of our local community.Key responsibilitiesDispense medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirementsProvide professional advice to customers regarding medication use, interactions, and side effectsSupport pharmacy operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory managementMaintain detailed patient records and ensure confidentiality and data protectionCollaborate with healthcare professionals, including GPs and nurses, to optimise patient outcomesEnsure compliance with pharmacy legislation, regulations, and qualified standardsSupport and supervise pharmacy staff and trainees as requiredContribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and proceduresWhat we7re looking forCurrent registration with the Pharmacy Board of AustraliaBachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification recognised in AustraliaProven experience working as a Pharmacist in a community pharmacy settingStrong knowledge of medications, drug interactions,
