The Opportunity:This is more than an operations role - it's an opportunity to

you'll take full ownership of business and operational performance across multiple sites, driving results, building capability, and creating a scalable model for future growth. What You'll Do:

Lead business and operational performance across a national network of branches - for the trade and industrial market.
n
n
Partner with sales teams to grow revenue, expand key accounts, and win in the industrial market.
n

Develop, mentor, and inspire branch managers and frontline leaders to create a high-performance culture.
n
n
Implement best-practice processes, leverage CRM/ERP systems, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:You are a commercially astute leader who thrives on transformation, growth, and people development. You have:

Multi-site leadership experience in industrial distribution and trade environments.
