With a significant portfolio of projects underway, this organisation is delivering a range of system upgrades, integrations, reporting enhancements and business-critical technology initiatives that support mining operations across multiple sites.Your new role As a Business Analyst, you will work across a diverse portfolio of systems projects, partnering with operational stakeholders, project teams, vendors and technology specialists to deliver business outcomes.
You'll play a critical role in understanding business needs, assessing impacts and translating requirements into practical solutions across a range of production-focused platforms.Projects will include system integrations, reporting improvements, product upgrades and operational system enhancements supporting areas such as scheduling, rostering, workforce planning, decision management and production operations.Key responsibilities include:Engaging with stakeholders across operations, technology and project teamsFacilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessionsEliciting, documenting and managing business and functional requirementsConducting impact assessments and gap analysisMapping current and future state business processesDeveloping business requirements documents, functional specifications and user storiesSupporting solution design activities with technical teams and vendorsManaging requirements traceability throughout project deliveryAssisting with testing,
