As part of a major HRIS replacement project, they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering the program from inception through to implementation.Your new roleWorking alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities across the early discovery and planning phases of a HRIS transformation.
You will engage with stakeholders to understand current HR processes, gather and document requirements, map future-state processes, and support organisational change throughout the project lifecycle.Key responsibilities include:Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessionsAnalyse and document current and future-state HR business processesProduce business requirements, process maps and project documentationSupport the selection,
